After more than a year of trying to conceive, a 32-year-old patient came to us feeling frustrated and uncertain. She had been through several IUIs and experienced one early miscarriage. The diagnosis was unexplained infertility, which can be one of the most challenging to hear because there is no clear reason why things are not working. But unexplained does not mean untreatable.Together, we developed a plan and moved forward with IVF.
On the very first embryo transfer, she conceived.Unexplained infertility can leave patients feeling stuck, but there is a path forward. Every journey is unique, and we are grateful to walk alongside patients like this who remind us of the power of persistence, teamwork, and hope. We are so happy for this couple and thrilled to see them celebrating this milestone together.

We are so thrilled for this sweet couple. After over a year of trying to conceive, this 33-year-old patient with PCOS came to us for support. With a simple plan of letrozole and timed intercourse, they conceived on their second month under our care.Their little pumpkin is due May 2026, and we couldn’t be happier for them. We even ran into them at Smith Family Farm in Brentwood while they were taking their baby announcement photos. It was such a special moment to celebrate together.
Congratulations to this growing family. Your journey gives hope to so many.

As we begin PCOS Awareness Month, we’re honored to share the story of this incredible couple. After more than three years of navigating the challenges of PCOS and fertility, they’re finally expecting their first baby girl. A reminder that hope, persistence, and the right support can make all the difference.

Theodoro (Theo) Juaquin, born 8/6/26 — just three hours after his mama’s birthday.5.9 lbs, 18 inches of pure joy. We’re honored to have played a part in this journey and are so touched by her words:“My heart is so full. I’ve waited a lifetime for him… I’m so incredibly thankful and lucky to have you aid in this experience. Thank you for helping me become a momma.”Congratulations to this beautiful family. We can’t wait to meet baby Theo.

Some stories stay with us forever—and this is one of them. We first met this couple while filming a documentary with Dr. Shanna Swan about how everyday toxins can impact fertility. After learning from Dr. Segal and making intentional changes at home, they conceived naturally—after two miscarriages and three years of trying.
Now, they’ve returned to Collab with their baby in their arms and another new life on the way. They describe their experience with Collab as “an incredible place with an incredible team” and credit Dr. Segal’s care, expertise, and compassion as life-changing.
This is the heart of Collab Fertility—walking beside you with knowledge, care, and unwavering support every step of the way.

“Entering my last month of pregnancy and thinking about my journey … And how none of this would’ve been possible without you and your amazing team.
I am so grateful and beyond blessed! Me and my little bundle can’t wait to see you soon!
Cheers to 8 months!
You are appreciated Dr. Segal!
It’s been a long and tough journey. I’m just so glad I had such a caring and supportive team at collab to make my biggest dream a reality.Your encouragement and positivity- guiding me and being so proactive. It’s something I will never forget.”

“Thank you Collab for making our dream come true! It has been a long journey and we cannot believe we have made it to 20 weeks! We just completed our anatomy scan with all good news. We could not have done it without Dr. Segal and the entire Collab team.
Every step of the way was nerve-wracking, but the comforting hugs from Jasmin every time we came in really helped us get through everything.Thank you again and we cannot wait to celebrate the arrival of our baby girl!”
