Collab is in-network with United Healthcare, Cigna, and Carrot. For non-contracted health plans, we will provide a detailed receipt of services and will help you submit directly to your insurance carrier to maximize any reimbursement.

We also partner with PatientFi and CapexMD to provide affordable, stress-free financing options for fertility treatments.

Financing options and discounts

As part of our patient-first approach, we will work closely with you to simplify and streamline the financial commitment and help you find the most affordable options. We partner with financing companies to provide an easy loan process and competitive rates.

Patients undergoing fertility treatments as a result of a cancer diagnosis receive a discount. Cancer patients receive free fertility medicine through our partnership with the Livestrong Foundation, if specific criteria are met.

We provide a 10 percent discount to first responders, teachers, and military families.
