Jade focuses on patient navigation, guiding individuals through their fertility journey while supporting the clinic's day-to-day operations. She ensures the clinic runs smoothly and that patients feel empowered and supported every step of the way. Jade brings a wealth of experience from her background in reproductive healthcare and clinical research.

Before joining Collab, she spent several years as an OB-GYN medical assistant, followed by a tenure in reproductive clinical research. She later transitioned into a customer success manager role at a fertility clinic, where she played a key role in growing and opening multiple clinics.

A Bay Area native, Jade was raised in Alameda and now lives in San Leandro with her husband, Jon, and their spoiled senior dog, Ruca. Outside of work, Jade enjoys camping, playing video games, interior design, and staying active with sports.
